Imagine what would happen, especially to the local economies, if each Refugee, a HUMAN BEING, had a credit card with purchasing power for the basic necessities of life, backed by the World Bank and the IMF (basically the U.S. dollar).  WHAT COUNTRY WOULDN’T WELCOME THEM IN!
