House sit-in winds down as Democrats look for ‘raw courage’ to end gun violence
There is ONLY one way to end gun violence: ABIDE BY THE ORIGINAL INTENT OF THE SECOND AMENDMENT and interpret it as it was intended to establish a State “well-regulated militia”.
Only those in law enforcement and the military should have the right to bear arms. If one wants to bear arms, that one should join the military or become a law enforcement official.
THumP® will soon call on people throughout the U.S. to file a pro se legal Complaint against their home State to end the right to bear arms outside of a “well-regulated militia.”
State laws that allow a citizen to bear arms are UNCONSTITUTIONAL and should be ruled as such by a Federal Court that protects the U.S. Constitution from State abuse and corruption.
It has been the fight for States’ rights vs. Federal Government that has been responsible for American division, and more American deaths, than any other reason.
United we stand. Divided we fall. One NATION, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all! Justice demands that those so free can rest assured that they are protected from the misuse of guns. All mass shootings in recent U.S. history were done by “legal” gun owners.
It is THumP®’s hope that the Federal Court case will eventually end up in the SCOTUS where the final interpretation will be given: NO CITIZEN, outside of a “well-regulated militia” has the right to bear arms.
This is the ONLY way. More gun restrictions and stronger background checks will NEVER solve the problem. The human mind is too unpredictable. On any given day a legal gun owner can go insane.
